Situated 30 minutes from Nice Côte D'Azur airport and within easy reach of the coast and all areas of the Côte d'Azur. Views from the garden and the raised, enclosed terrace extend to the hills beyond the perfume capital of Grasse.
The villa has a large, through sitting and dining room with satellite TV and music centre with views onto covered terrace and garden area in one direction and to the raised outside dining area, mountains and pool in the other. The large kitchen is recently fitted in provençal style and is equipped with American-style fridge-freezer, dish-washer, washing-machine, microwave, electric oven and hob.
There are 3 bedrooms. The en suite, master bedroom is accessed off the sitting room. It has a queen-sized bed and looks out over the covered terrace to the mountains. The 2 further bedrooms, one double, one with bunk-beds, are accessed separately via a small hallway and share a bathroom.
 
Local amenities in Mouans-Sartoux include a whole range of local shops, good restaurants, Château with various exhibitions and concerts during the summer and local weekly markets all within a 10 minute walk of the villa. There are several good supermarkets in the immediate area.
 
Attractions in the area include Marineland in Antibes, Aquatica (Water Park) and Safari Park at Frejus and beaches very close, Mougins and St Paul de Vence for galleries and boutiques, Gourdon (Perched village), Gorge du Verdon ("Grand Canyon of Europe"), Monaco, Juan les Pins, Cannes and St. Tropez for glitz and nightlife. In fact the list is endless, there is something for everyone and combined with relaxing by the pool or sipping wine watching the lights of Grasse from the terrace in the evening, this is a perfect location for a relaxing family holiday.
